The Biodiversity of Taste and Sound, 18th October 2025
Join us for an immersive exploration of the rich tapestry of flavours and sounds found in nature, guided by wildlife expert Tom Forward and chef Nina Green.
This unique experience invites you to discover the intricate relationships between our local ecosystem's biodiversity and the culinary world. Throughout the event, you'll engage in a wild and cultivated taste testing workshop, participate in an interactive wildlife walk, and savour a communal dinner installation prepared over an open fire. Each element is designed to deepen your appreciation for the aromatic qualities of woodland life & flora and the ancient stories they tell.
As we forage, taste and listen, you'll be encouraged to engage your senses fully, fostering a mindful connection to both the food you consume and the environment around you. Don’t miss this opportunity to reconnect with nature through this unique offering.
This event runs from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM and includes a welcome coffee/tea, a taste testing workshop, a walk on the wild side and a communal dinner banquet. Please arrive promptly, as we will not be able to accommodate latecomers.
Location: Woodland near Barcombe, BN8 5EE, exact location will be send upon ticket purchase.
