Chef Nina Green and her wonderful team are offering you true plant inspired, seasonal, fine dining experiences rooted in nature. Amidst bountiful flora, fauna and bird song, you come together and eat around a shared Woodland table, make new friends, explore plant empowered flavours and watch the women chefs at work cooking over open fire.
Nina’s background is in Ayurvedic cuisine and offers you a conscious cooking style with a truly balanced yet delicious multi-course-menu using local, organic, and high-quality sourced ingredients with as much from the wild as possible that reflects the particular season.
Our * fine dining * fire cooked * plant-based * menu is a new, sustainable vision of luxury dining and elevates possibilities of taste, sustainability and vibrancy celebrating mother nature’s offerings.

Pre-booking is essential. Please let us know when purchasing your tickets if you have any specific allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of, or at least three weeks before your event date. Due to the open fire woodland set up - our outdoor location and communal seating arrangement- we cannot guarantee the elimination of cross contamination, so we do not recommend people with severe/fatal food allergies to visit us.
