We offer interactive, Ayurvedic cooking workshops and team dinner experiences using locally sourced and organic produce for you and your work collegues.
These specialised Cooking Classes are a fun yet are a profound way of learning how to cook with the seasons, acquiring sustainable kitchen practices and enjoying a delicious feast. They include a cooking demonstration, hands on kitchen experience, a group exercise and ends with a ‘family style’ shared meal.
For a special treat and great bonding experience, we also offer Fire and Forage Cooking Classes. Workshop participants are invited to our Sussex Woodland kitchen, where we will forage, chop, learn, laugh and eat together, all around the fire and accompanying birdsong.
