Nina Green’s culinary endeavour combines plant based wisdom with bountiful, contemporary flavours, ancient Ayurvedic principles, European herbalism and sustainable open fire cooking all in an attempt to bring closer the fundamental meaning of true nourishment and simply seeks for what our heart truly beats.

As an independent chef, I do love connecting with people in their homes or work spaces cooking them bespoke meals, but there is nothing more gratifying than getting people - young and old- outside, sharing nature’s true gifts that are taken with minimal suffering and offering them plates upon plates of edible joy
