Nina Green combines plant based wisdom with bountiful, contemporary flavours, ancient Ayurvedic principles, European herbalism and sustainable open fire cooking all in an attempt to bring closer the fundamental meaning of true nourishment and simply seeks for what our heart truly beats.

As a private chef, I do love connecting with people in their beautiful homes and work spaces cooking them bespoke menus, but there is nothing more gratifying than getting people - young and old- outside, sharing nature’s true gifts that are taken with minimal suffering and offering them plates upon plates of edible joy.
